Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your carpet. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Requirements:
- ✓Items must be in original condition with tags attached
- ✓No visible wear, stains, or alterations
- ✓Original packaging (if possible)
- ✓Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
How to Return
- 1.Contact our support team at returns@mahamcarpets.com with your order number
- 2.We'll provide a return authorization and prepaid shipping label
- 3.Pack the item securely and attach the shipping label
- 4.Drop off at your nearest shipping location
- 5.Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
Return Costs
- •Defective or damaged items: Free return shipping
- •Change of mind: $25 return shipping fee deducted from refund
- •Exchanges: Free shipping on replacement item
- •International returns: Customer responsible for return shipping
Exceptions:
- •Custom or bespoke items are final sale
- •Sale items can be exchanged but not refunded
- •Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned
Received a Damaged Item?
We carefully inspect and package all items. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
